"We stayed the night before we fly and the night on return. Room was spotless. Bed was comfortable. Good shower. Continental breakfast was lovely. I would recommend to stay there if you're flying from terminal 2 as it's only across the road. Definitely will book again. "

"Stayed one night for a concert at Coop Live Arena. I cannot recommend highly enough. Literally 2 minute walk from the train station and centre on the door step. From the moment we arrived to when we left every single member of staff were amazing, helpful and could not do more. The room was extremely clean, spacious, comfortable , modern and had all we needed including tea,coffee, fridge and extras. The hotel its self was again great and the food was lovely. I would highly recommended and will definatly stay again! Thank you for a great stay. "

"Great rooms.Unfortunately we were at the main road end of the building where building work is taking place and it was very noisy, even with soundproofing, from early in the morning. My daughters were at the opposite end of the building and it was also noisy with lorries loading at around 3am. Other than this we had a great stay. Great breakfast too"

"Had everything I needed for an airport stay. I particularly like- 1. The free transfer bus. 2. Restaurant menu with vegan options - the five bean chili was delicious. 3. Staff were helpful and friendly."
