"Weโve stayed here before and overall itโs a good value, in comparison to other hotels. Room is a bit dated, especially the bathroom, but clean. Bathroom fan only/always turns on with the light and was very loud and annoying. No โentrywayโ light as you enter into the room. Swimming pool and hot tub has not been in working order our last 2 stays. Breakfast was very sub par, with hot food only consisting of burnt eggs, hard biscuits and nearly empty gravy."

"Very satisfied with our room in the lodge and the owners/staff are friendly and accommodating. The lodge has a very interesting history and I loved the antique decor. We took a peek at the motel rooms they also have and those are decorated in 60s/70s theme, clean and large windows that look out to the lake. We may have to try those next time! We enjoyed our stay very much."
