"Staff was very helpful. When I left my good hat in the room, they found it and kept it at Reception until I was able to go back and get it."

"The entire experience was flawless! We opted to Valet Park which was cheap considering local parking rates. The bags were taken from the car and although our room wasn’t ready we were given access to the Pool and Sauna. Once we actually checked in we were welcomed with a greeting card and some bubbles… they obviously read the notes about our anniversary! We went out to a concert, came back late and noticed actual turndown service with a little chocolate and water. The next morning ordered room service Benedict and was a nice snack for two and excellent coffee. Called for car and bags. Left blown away at the professionalism and genuine interest from ALL staff. We will return. So luxurious "
