Was clean, spacious and very quiet. Things we wanted to see were in walking distance. I felt the bathrooms were a little dated but the rest of the apartment was great. Loved having two bathrooms and the balcony had a great view.

The location of this property was excellent - walking distance from shops, restaurants, South Bank etc. It was spacious, and we enjoyed having a 2nd bathroom. They stored our luggage for us, and the staff were generally helpful. On the downside, the apartment itself was in need of an update and deep clean. The bathrooms especially were dark and a bit dingy, with rusty mirrors and older fittings. The water in one of the bathrooms was often cold in the shower, and the carpet was worn. Overall, with a bit of an update I think this place could be great!

The location is excellent and the room very spacious. I was hoping for a VIP room upgrade but it wasn't forthcoming when I asked. The benefit of $20 off parking was good value, however. I would have loved an upgrade to a river view, but our room was fine with a city view and a river glimpse.

I cannot express how wonderful my stay here was. A magnificent view, amazing amazing staff & a hop, skip and a jump to EVERYTHING. The room was lovelier than expected. On arrival one receptionist was on the phone the other lady turning her back on us was talking to another lady then talk to us but still answering and talking to other lady- on the phone the receptionist was saying there is choice to go on the top higher floor/ so when I asked the lady to be moved on higher floor she said we were on 12 th floor anyway Couldn’t sleep 💤 overnight so noisy you could hear every car on the road That lady at the reception was rude - not welcoming at all If it wasn’t not refundable we would left
