Unfortunately we drew the short straw and got room next to the lifts. This made for the most noisy night and not a relaxing stay ashoped. Very noisy throughout the night woth little peace. Rooms are very tired and need upgrades. Has been works to foyer which is nice but rooms would benefit form a overhaul

Evolution apartments is pretty central to shops , dining and Suncorp Stadium If parking they have a couple of visitor bays at the entrance to the basement or buzz reception and they will let you park before check in

Although the entrance / reception was shut due to a renovation. We still found the temp entrance easily and directions were straight forward. We were upgraded to a 1 bed apartment although on the same floor (2nd) as the reception it was actually quite nice and plenty of room river views . Went to Suncorp and Pancake Parlour both easily walkable

BED BUGS!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS
We stayed for two nights, my friend is covered head to toe in bed bug bites, reported it as soon as we realised and hotel is refusing to admit or accept responsibility. Manager is rude and dismissive. Would never stay again or recommend to anyone. Take your money anywhere else!!
