Stayed at the W Brisbane recently and couldn’t speak more highly of the experience. The service was unreal—staff were incredibly friendly, switched-on, and always attentive without being over the top. You can tell they really care about the guest experience.The room itself was amazing—beautifully designed, super comfortable, and had everything you could want. Getting a complimentary upgrade was an unexpected bonus that just topped it all off. Everything about the stay felt high-end but still relaxed, which is rare to pull off. Definitely worth the trip, and I’ll 100% be staying there again next time I’m in Brisbane.

Best hotel experience in Australia! We’ve stayed at many hotels all over the world and honestly, we usually don’t expect the best service in Australia. But this time was completely different. From valet and check-in to breakfast and check-out, every staff member was incredibly friendly and welcoming. It was my 10-month-old son’s very first hotel experience, and the team made it so special. At breakfast, they offered him oatmeal porridge and scrambled eggs without seasoning, and the chef even prepared steamed tomato and potato just for him—without me even asking! He left with such a happy, full tummy. We were truly impressed and touched by the thoughtfulness and level of service. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Stunning

An exceptional hotel with stunning facilities and excellent staff. Well located near shopping transport and the casino. Great restaurants on site. Just wish the hot mineral pools were open past 8pm as we missed that opportunity.
