I arrived early from my flight and they allowed bags to be stowed for a few hours so I could explore. Additionally i had a later flight on departure day and they held the bags while i toured the city. Staff was friendly and prompt.

Room had everything you needed in it. Breakfast has a wide range of food and plenty available, the only negative was the size of the cups for tea and coffee, they were very small

We were upgraded to a better room if we signed up which i did and was easy to do. A lovely greeting from the staff and the room was very new looking. But there was no hand towel to use, i asked the lady servicing the room and she said they don't have them. I think every accommodation should supply those.

The room quality was good for the money, but there were a couple things that bothered me. One was that while they say the laundry is free, what they mean is the machines themselves are free. However, the hotel does not have detergent available, even for sale. Instead, I was told I would have to go to a local store to buy detergent. Additionally, I found it a little cheap that the only toiletry provided in the bathroom was a combination hand soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner.
