Hi , Pegasus thanks for stay. We choose your property as we where going on a cruise. As advertised a 9 minutes walkway . We where disappointed as we actually at $45 dollar taxi ride away. It cost us $40 from the Airport to get to your property. Please update your advertising to reflect . Our room was 14 and carrying our up a flight of stairs for us elders is hard work.
My husband nearly fell down stairs with the bags
Maybe a baggage lift would be helpful. I do understand it comes with costs.
Maybe you should work with little cafe around the corner. As with breakfast vouchers. Since we couldn’t order anything.
Otherwise we did have a lovely overnight stay

We arrived at midnight following a late flight and the codes for the parking garage didn't work which meant we had to find street parking a few streets away. Because the parking code didn't work we couldn't get access to the building to reach our room.
The after hours number was unanswered despite my husband being on hold for 20 minutes. Luckily they are more responsive to email and someone called to guide us through getting to our room. 40 mins of drama in the middle of the night means I would be very hesitant recommending for someone arriving late.
Overall room was clean and well maintained. Good location to airport and rooms were quiet and good size.
We picked the property for its proximity to the Port. Property was clean, room was a good size, and there were some eating places nearby. We had little interaction with staff but overall it suited our purpose well.

Instructions sent to me said that the code for entry to the room would be sent by SMS but were actually sent via email which I could not access as I had no wifi. I miss the days when real humans worked in hotels/motels.
