Stayed two nights and was upgraded. It was a handy location and really clean and tidy. Breakfast was italian and not alot of choices but overall staff were very accomodating.

Facilities and room was amazing. Breakfast 10/10 Pool is heated, so can swim all day, but only gets sun for a couple of hours and constant moves around the surrounding high rise buildings so don’t expect to sit in sun for very long. Lucky the water is heated!

I would stay again at this hotel. Have nothing to say except it ticked all our top level boxes, and will return next time we visit BNE. THE RESTAURANT FOOD and the SERVICE exemplary. Why hesitate ? Try the Westin and see for yourself.
