"I was stayed in level 4 in the building very noisy at night, uncomfortable mattress and staff were unfriendly. Good thing only The location is close to the city, drive 12 minutes but no parking available. Not look really safe. Would not comeback. "

"I was surprised to find this gem hidden in plain sight, easy check-in, friendly and helpful staff, internal areas were immaculate, the room was presented extremely well, clean, functional, quiet, plenty of off-street parking, tidy functional grounds, easy walk to numerous food vendors and local hotel, unfortunately no onsite dining (having a reno apparently), I'll be back as its great value, well done Team. "Checked in after a flight from Cairns where we had a fantastic Marina view room with the sunrise through our balcony to the bed every morning. Of course we knew the high-rise Hyatt Regency was not going to beat that, but a city skyline or river view from a high 15th floor room would be good. We had a 5th floor view of a rear lane. Close the drapes and enjoy the super comfy bed and clever room layout. Plenty of breakfast places within 5 mins walk. Right on the CBD doorstep."

The hotel is great, modern, clean and the staff are very friendly.
We found the location to be perfect, the walk into the City centre and to the river taking around 10-15 minutes. We took an Uber XL (for 5) to the airport at a cost of $60 (including tolls) and only took around 20 minutes."
