"Hotel is large and has good amenities. Very nice pool and services. The play area was brilliant. The family room could be a little bigger, have space to store clothes, and I personally don't like the square pillows they use, otherwise it was lovely and we enjoyed our time there. "

Lack of a mini fridge in room was annoying but everything else was pleasant and free luggage storage was nice. Hotel is in an incredible area, very safe and right next to tivoli, a 7-11 and bike racks for lime etc... "

"Room was beautiful. Safe did not work and this wasn’t resolved throughout our stay. The surrounding area was quiet but a nice selection of places to eat/drink. Handy for the metro station too. "

"Comfortable, spacious room. No noise from other rooms.Excellent breakfast, lots of choice and plenty of seating. Helpful, friendly staff. Suitable for disabled people and promotes use of sunflower scheme/lanyard. Hotel next to metro station that goes straight to airport. Walkable area and lots of food/shopping options. Would definitely stay there again, had a brilliant time."
