"This is a solid budget option if you just need a place to sleep. The rooms are clean but definetly outdated, and there are not many extras.
A nice bonus is that some rooms have a riverside view, which adds a bit of charm. You can even fish by the banks or sit by the firepit to relax.
Overall its a good pick if you care more about price and cleaniness than modern amenities."

"The only elevator was out of service so was ice maker on first floor. Only ice on third floor. Room needs upgrades. Toilets too low tile cracking. Cushion on bench peeling and small tv. Was clean and the was very helpful and nice."

"Close to restaurants and shopping. Great Smokey Mountain Railroad Train Depot about a 2 minute drive from their parking lot. The staff is AMAZING! They give you options for your breakfast and serve it exactly the way you want it. The homemade blueberry bread is delicious. You will get a tour of the grounds as soon as you arrive. The rooms are very clean. The whole place is very charming. I highly recommend. "
