I stayed here a couple nights, good location, decent breaky for being included, my bathroom had no garbage bag or any towels when I checked in and the elevator was closed, those things were annoying, but apart from that the bed was comfortable, the room was clean, the area was good - I would stay again

The check in process was very easy, especially since we arrived after midnight. The room was clean and comfortable. Very modern bathroom design and thoughtful amenities, like a black towel to remove makeup. The location was just a few steps from the Christmas Market and walking distance to lots of shops and restaurants. Excellent value for the price, would definitely return!

The hotel was very clean and the staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was adequate. Location was great to get to all the main places of interest. We would be happy to use this hotel again.

Great Location and Service
Fantastic location. Our room was for three people and was spacious. The staff were all attentive and helpful. A French breakfast was included each morning and was great. Very quiet due to double windows. Highly recommend.

Great property but beware...the showers may not drain which can cause minor flooding. Also with no night staff on duty nor answering the phones, there is no access to towels or assistance if needed at night. Certainly, they will fix this as this is a very nice place to stay.

Beautiful, right next to St Stephen’s Basilica, near walking pedestrian area with shopping and restaurants, and within all main sights. Great amenities, nice breakfast, etc. Would highly recommend and would return again in a heartbeat!

Great stay, very friendly and helpful staff, and cannot beat the location. So many gray restaurants around and beautiful square right by the Basilica. But clean rooms as well! Really a hidden gem.

Paid for upgrade which we did not receive.
We’d paid extra for an executive room but on arrival, it was immediately apparent that we’d been given a standard room. It was the same room as the pictures used to show the standard room. After speaking with the manager on the phone he insisted it was an exec room (it 100% wasn’t). He explained on the phone that he was around the following day and that he’d speak with us to sort it out but he was nowhere to be seen. The hotel overall was nice but I can’t help feeling as though I’ve been ripped off and lied to. For this reason, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

Strongly recommend
The hotel has an amazing location and is at the heart of Pest. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are very modern and beautiful. My only two problems were: 1- the code to the main door suddenly stopped working, but the reception desk is always available, so it turned out fine. 2- the walls are very thin, and sound comes through, but if you're not a very light sleeper like me, it's not so much to keep you up at night. All in all, I would say it was a very pleasant stay, and I would strongly recommend it to anyone looking for a mid-range priced hotel with a lot of the perks of fancier hotels. You will definitely get your money's worth if you choose to stay there.

Beautiful boutique hotel in a great location. It was very hot when we arrived and it was disappointing that the a/c was not working. The hotel offered us a free taxi to the airport as compensation which was nice. Staff are lovely and very helpful when booking trips. The room was not sound proof and you could here people in the hallway. The breakfast was extremely disappointing.

Good location. The fan in the bathroom and shower were running all night, and they couldn't turn it off. I couldn't sleep. There are many hotels in this area with similar price. I will recommend staying somewhere else.

Great boutique hotel in a great neighborhood. Located very near to restaurants, bars, beautiful Christmas market and St. Stephans Basillica. Easy walk to chain bridge. Rooms are large and very well maintained.

Excellent location for a sightseeing base. Friendly staff and clean accommodation. After departure and once at airport we realised we had left passports in the safe - the hotel very quickly arranged a taxi to bring them to me at airport- we were so grateful !

Fantastic location. Limited curb appeal but great once you get to the hotel floor. Approximately 16 units I think so very personal attention. Comfortable room with small but very workable bathroom. Bread heavy picnic baskets by room for breakfast. Not much english language TV.

A great place to stay. I was here just for one night though. The place is super clean and it's just as what's shown in the photos. Really friendly staff and is super close to metro station. Located at the city center. Can't ask for a better place to stay. If I come to Budapest again, I'll stay here. Stunningly clean bathroom with all the amenities one need.

I’d def stay here again
The hotel’s obviously fairly new. The USB chargers directly in the wall were GREAT. Shower was lovely, bed comfortable, great location, very clean, breakfast was convenient and more than adequate, thoughtful details in the room (USB chargers, heated towel rack, more toiletries than normal). Front desk was helpful and printed train tickets for us. Would absolutely recommend to a friend!
