Nice clean tidy hotel.Charging for smaller items such as a bottle of water seems very mean.,then insisting on cash to pay for it as well as the breakfast was a real pain. The breakfast was actually very nice but finding the cash an unnecessary.

Room was spacious and nice. The owner seemed a little stern but was reliable and trustworthy. He waited for us with our room keys until 12AM. Overall good place in Budapest, would recommend!

It was an amazing stay in the hotel with the good facilities. Loved the skylight view. Really good if you have own transport. For us we had to walk a long way to reach hotel from the tram stop as all stops are far from the hotel.

It’s breakfast is the only plus point. Everything else is really just a bare minimum for survival. The surrounding neighbourhood has nothing I mean really nothing.

Great location if you are coming from the bus station, the guy of the recepción Csaba gave us all lot of cool tips and even scheduled a to go breakfast for our early check in.

The staff at this hotel were very friendly and helpful. I needed to change my room because I am not very good on the stairs and there was no lift, the change was done smoothly and without any fuss. It is only a five to 20 minute walk from the Metro/bus transport, in s quiet area of town. Would stay here again,

We're now regular visitors at Manzard Panzio. It provides reasonably priced, clean, well-organized accomodations in a quiet residential neighborhood. It's close to public transport (bus, tramway, metro), and a major plus for us, there's plenty of street parking (free on the weekend) or modest paid parking in their courtyard. We're very happy with them.

Lovely room overlooking the pool. Cosy and comfortable. Close to Népliget bus station - an easy walk. Quiet neighbourhood.

We really loved this hotel and plan to return. It's in a quiet location; the rooms are large and comfortable, the beds excellent, and the breakfast good. There is a lovely garden with lots of places to sit and even a small swimming pool. The staff are among the nicest we've ever met in a hotel. And who could fail to like a family-run hotel that sports a plaque stating it was renovated without the benefit of any EU funding?

Relaxing, friendly
Really nice family run hotel. Staff are lovely. Garden and pool are beautiful and relaxing. In safe quiet neighborhood a 10 min walk to tube. Breakfast is great, has bacon, eggs, all the cake stuff, fruit, cheeses etc. We took it out to the garden each morning. Room was slightly dated style but recently done up. Comfy and clean with shower gel and hairdryer. They give you towels for garden Which is nice and we made use of the general shower the last day as our flight was at night

Nice, quiet hotel away from the hustle and bustle
It's certainly a little out of the way from the centre but it's in a nice quiet location. If you want something away from the hustle and bustle of central Budapest then this is a good choice. 30 mins into central is nothing really and trains trams and bus timetables are frequent There is a pool but I didn't get a chance to use it The room is very clean and has the basics which was perfect. Wifi is free and fast The breakfast was good. A nice little selection of food including cold plates and cooked foods like eggs and bacon. Something for everyone. It's buffet style so you can have as much to eat as you like. There's coffee and OJ too Overall, i would go back and stay there. It's a good price and feels warm and homely

A great place for a relaxing stay
The charm of this hotel is that it is very personal, and the staff are very helpful. The peaceful garden and swimming pool are delightful. The Metro and tram are a bit of a walk, but from there you're well connected to the rest of the city.

We loved having a pool to relax in after a busy day breaking out of escape rooms in Budapest. Spacious room, good breakfast and easy access to the tram and metro. A kettle in the room would have been nice, but overall a great place to stay.

Very Nice "pension style" Hotel-Great Staff
Stayed in one of the triples (3 single beds). The staff was very nice and helpful (English-speaking-helped us call taxis, order food, etc.). The condition of the hotel was good. The only issue is that it was summer time and the breakfast area was a bit hot (did not seem to be air conditioning in public areas). The rooms are clean and simply furnished. We found it to be comfortable and spacious. The rooms are upstairs, so if you have a lot of heavy luggage or accessibility issues, this might not be the best choice (we left our heaviest bags with items that we did not need downstairs in a storage type area, and it was safe). One thing that was also very nice is that our flight left very early, so although breakfast was included in our rate, we were not expecting it, given our early flight out (needed to leave the hotel at 5am). The staff prepared a tray of food we could eat in the lobby area (coffee, sandwiches, etc.) so that we could have a quick breakfast before leaving for the airport while waiting for the shuttle. Very thoughtful.

Convenient if You travel by car
I've been looking for place for one night stay. Important condition was (free) parking. Manzard Pansio is small hotel (pansio) in very quiet street which is situated next to two big transit streets. This makes getting in and out of Budapest very easy. Hotel is more than clean, staff very helpfull. Free parking is in the garden which is probably very nice during the summer. Rooms are small, but I really don't need big room on citybreak tours. All I need in a room is shower and bed :-). To conclude, I would really recomend Manzard Pansio.

Me gustó, está en una zona tranquila a 12 minutos caminando del metro, de la parada inicial del bus que te lleva al aeropuerto (200E), cerca de la estación de buses internacional como para ir a Viena o a Bratislava (15 minutos caminando); la habitación con un buen diseño, el personal muy amable, hotel muy limpio. Es una buena alternativa dentro de su categoría.

A small hotel but can make guests feeling comfortable.Just like staying at home.The hotel is clean and quiet.Very pleasant to stay here.Breakfast is good and the swimming pool with jacuzzi and will have a cover at night to keep it clean.Everything is ok and would like to stay if I can visit Budapest again.
