Hotel facilities was in top condition. Comfortably stay with beautiful scenic. Strong aircon and maintained excellent cleanliness

Room was quite large, newly furnished, and smelled clean and fresh. The breakfast was fairly sizable, but basically the same thing every day, the swimming pool was great, very clean amenities.

Eastin Hotel is about 10 minutes walk away from Queensbay Mall which is convenient for people who would like to shop. There is also a lot of food there for tourists to enjoy.

My 3 nights stay was a fantastic experience. Booked the hotel to experience Penang's natural beauty. This is definitely not for the thrill seeker traveler. It's perfect for those who are looking for a relaxing getaway. You get the privacy you need since it's at the opposite end of the island, over the hills, and close to Penang National Park's entrance. We stayed for two nights at Light Hotel in December 2016. What stood for my family was the quality of service of the hotel staff who greeted and serviced us from the time we stepped in till we left three days later. The F&B staff were especially fantastic and were very accommodating to our requests for vegetarian food due religious reasons.

Lovely resort close to the beach. The location is not really within walking distance anywhere but to the beach but there is a free shuttle daily and public bus stops in both directions right in front of the place.The staff were very friendly and professional, very responsive to questions and requests. The room was spacious and had a beautiful sea view. Wifi is free if you sign up for the free Hilton membership which is a big plus.

This place is good except for the noise from outside. The very early morning prayer call & noise from passing vehicle is annoying. This is especially true when staying on the low floor.

The hotel may look normal from the outside. But the interior is beautiful and clean. The hotel provides underground carpark facilities. There are ample slots too. Bed is very comfortable and the TV programe are in HD!
