"The spacious lobby was very luxurious. When I arrived at the hotel, my friend and I had a dinner date coming up, so I did not check in and asked them to leave my luggage for me first, which they did very smoothly. There is a pool and a bar at the end of the lobby, and you can feel the open and relaxing atmosphere of the hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable everywhere. The staff was smiling and quick to respond to any problems I had. They made my stay very wonderful."

"Please request for a room near the lobby so that you wont need to call for a buggy service. My friend has waited for quite some time(Sometimes more than 30mins) for the buggy service to arrive. I stayed near to the lobby so I can walk to the restaurant and the lobby area easily. Need to get more English speaking staff there. The restaurants food are great. My boys enjoy the Dino park and the Splash. But the water in the splash is very cold. Hope they can do something about it. Almost every kids...

"Very clean and beautiful hotel. Rooms were nicely designed too. The only drawback is the location. It’s a little way out of KL centre and no walkable amenities nearby. And if the Hotel had a spa would be great bonus! Otherwise a very pleasant and relaxing stay. Perfect for families."
