The staff were very helpful and kind. The room was very clean and comfortable, and the swimming pool was well maintained. The breakfast buffet was also very good, with a nice variety of food. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

We had an awesome trip here at iconic awesome location with a lot of shops.

This is service apartment . For the price paid , very disappointed with the breakfast and the rooms. Better to just walk across to opposition stretch for local bf. The omelette totally raw, The room is huge and that the only consolation. The kettles , cups etc looked used. For the price , I would have expected better. Maybe my expectations are too high, cos I could have paid same and stayed in a better place.

Nice and clean room!

Plenty of eateries nearby. Staff is friendly & helpful. Quiet place.

easy communicate. all the staff are friendly

I purposely left a few dollars on the bed as a tip for the housekeeping personnel to clean the room, change the towels, etc. But they didn't take it. In fact they even fold it nicely and put it on the table. It is an experience unlike with other hotels, some with four or five stars, I have stayed in before, whom will accept it readily. It portrays a very humble and honest image for the hotel. There is one Chinese, I believe he is the owner, in pants with collared T-shirt smartly tucked in,...

We were greeted by very friendly and warm owners of the Villa. Location was good as it is nearby to our relatives place. The rooms were clean too but toilet is really small. But one little feedback to owner is that they can check on their stools which they put at their pavilion for guests to sit on as there were 2 stools that were already spoilt. My uncle had a fall from the stool when he sit on it. Overall, the stay was still good.

The staff were warm, friendly and helpful. In particular, Kumar who was manning the front of the house and check-in was most accommodating and left an indelible impression on us with his generosity and making the stay most memorable.

Convenient location, everything is very new and staff is exceptional. One thing to note for the cleaners is to clean the hidden corners next to the wardrobe- I dropped a piece of clothing and collected all the dust

Hotel facilities was in top condition. Comfortably stay with beautiful scenic. Strong aircon and maintained excellent cleanliness
