"The area leading to the property isnt great. But once you entre the resort, its a different ball game. No complaints about the beach, Staff and restaurants. These were all great. However, certain things for a 5 star resort just were not upto standard. -electrics kept going off on our side of the hotel. They kept blaming this on the electricty in zanzibar, but it seemed like a faulty electrics in the hotel. Ive asked for a partial refund for this. But not heard anything. - not enough buggies...

"We had a lovely stay at the hotel and really enjoyed it from the first to last minute even though the weather was not amazing. The service was very good and the food and drinks were all great. We managed to get a booking in the Asian restaurant and celebrated by fathers 70th birthday. Really impressed with the hotel and the team and will be back in the future."

"This hotel is in a great location. Beach access is a five minute walk, there are at minimum 8 restaurants in the vicinity, and you can grab a taxi as soon as you step off the property.
