"We had a family room for 2 nights. It was spacious, clean and comfortable. Despite reading some negative reviews complaining about noise, we were not disturbed. Check in was easy and free parking was brilliant. We chose to have breakfast included and it was very nice with a good selection. The location of the hotel is perfect- right by the seafront and pier. We all really enjoyed our stay. "

"A nice hotel for families. Room was clean and comfortable and the staff were great, friendly and helpful. It's proximity to the caves is great and it's a half hour walk away from Wells. The food in the restaurant was good too."

"This is wonderful property very convenient to Bristol airport (so on the flight path, some flight noise in the morning). Beautiful building on a gorgeous property. "Stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. It is within close distance to the Rail Station, Cricket Stadium & Town Centre. Staff were great & very helpful. Bedroom was large & comfortable & despite being near the road was fairly quiet. Bathroom needed updating but was large. For the price I paid, the room comfort, staff & location I would say this hotel is perfect & will definitely be staying again."
