Location of the Hotel is perfect, in the centre of the City and close to all amenities. If we come again to Bristol, we will certainly stay there. "The staff at the front desk were fantastic even though they were so busy! The first room we were put it had an issue with the sealant on the shower glass - water flooded the bathroom. The staff moved us straightaway. However, both rooms were really run down. There were chips in the bathroom counter. There were marks on the walls. There was rust on the lamps. The mugs had stains. The towels were really crusty and had holes in them. Not really what I expect from a Novotel. I doubt I’d get holey towels in a Premier Inn! Would not stay again. "

"There is a fee to use the pool and no onsite parking. This is not disclosed accurately on the site nor the Hilton website. The sink ran all night and TV did not work and no one came to fix it. The room was dilapidated and we had to listen to a domestic violence incident twice from the room next to us. We called down and no one came. The hotel is disgusting. Do not stay in this Hilton. We are regular Hilton guests and this one is by far no where near what a Hilton is normally. "
