Great location and friendly staff. It was great to be able to access the health club. The room was large with a good layout, however the bed was too hard for me. Also, the bathroom smelled like smoke. I couldnโt connect to the WiFi.
The room was big, comfortable and clean.
The shower was excellent but could be made even better by having somewhere to put toiletries whilst showering.
I was unable to get the lamp on the desk area near the kettle to work in room 110.
Very reasonably priced. Great location. Desk staff friendly.
Gave us new towels if used rather than asking if weโre happy to reuse them for our stay. Second floor hallway smells strongly of chlorine but thankfully not in the room.
There was the potential for a lovely view over gardens from our room. The potential was lost however because the windows to our room were absolutely filthy.
