"The first room we had was lovely but it had awkward steps into the bathroom. The staff were very helpful and changed our room for the rest of our stay. That was a lovely room too."

"Checked into Leonardo Hotel Swindon today and they looked after me brilliantly โœจ Got a lovely surprise upgrade โ€” huge, spacious room up on the 7th floor, spotlessly clean, with that classic warm decor they do so well. Best of all? A proper deep bath instead of just a shower โ€” total luxury after travelling! Staff were friendly, quick, and really welcoming. Great location, super comfortable, and exactly the steady base I needed. Proper good stay so far ๐Ÿ’ค๐Ÿ›"

"This hotel has a fabulous location overlooking Weston-super-mare bay and when we arrived around 5.30 , the weather was perfect enough to sit outside with a drink. Our room on the second floor was huge. We had the Prince Albert Room . Really nicely decor and lovely original features. Bedside lamps, side tables and a comfy bed , all in good condition. We didn't have a sea view but that didn't matter. The bathroom was huge with a massive corner bath and a separate shower. The shower was great though the taps and the soap dispenser need some maintenance which I did report. A great one night stay , topped off by a good breakfast."
