"Brief stay as a family of 4 before a flight from Bristol airport but this gave us everything we needed including plenty of parking, tasty evening meal/drinks, comfortable beds and an easy transfer the next morning. "Ged our check in host organised our Checkin as we has multiple needs. Parking and shuttle To the airport in the morning. Easily organised with a smile and a joke in his pocket. The only thing that let our stay down was the air con not working in our room. On arrival we weren't informed of any issue, on opening our room we stepped into a very hot room with 3 fans going full blast - despite the work around the room was too hot and our it made our son feel poorly"
