"The addresses on both expedia and website were wrong by 3 blocks. When the afternoon staff were called to ask the correct address, the young staffer argued with my wife that him helping her was not his job. The hotel misrepresents its location as family-friendly. "The room is small. Not much to see or do around here however metro is nearby to other areas. If you're not a fan of wet toilets, this is not a place for you. Also, you'll be charged Won10.000 for extending your checkout by an hour til1200. Landlady won't budge.     "The hotel is in a hard to find location (even for taxis) about 15k from city center. Friendly staff, unilingual Korean. Good Translation app essential. Overheated room on cool nights. Huge TV screen with confusion array if remotes. I would not recommend this hotel to travellers not conversant in Korean. On the plus side very reasonable prices."
