"The price of the hotel is a mid range however the room, the facility and the breakfast is high end. When I first entered the room, the decorations and the furnishings and the ambiance feel like home. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is excellent with several healthy options. The hotel made my trip to Sapa very memorable and made me want to plan to go back."

"Location is perfect, right on Sapa Square, but it also makes it very loud, almost 24 hours a day. There's music outside starting sometime around 6am and going until late every day of my five night reservation. Plenty of good restaurants around, the Hmong people were very friendly. If your reservation includes breakfast, you get access to the buffet on the second floor, something I didn't know until my final morning. There's a restaurant on the first floor and I thought that's where you went. English is minimal. It was fine."

"When i first walked up to the hotel, i was a bit skeptical because it was slanted on a hill and my suitcases were heavy so it felt like it was going to roll downhill. But the moment we got inside Azalea. It was SOOO NICE! It smelled great! It was very clean. The staff immediately knew it was me because i was a late check in due to my flight and bus ride being delayed. The check in process was very quick. We got upstairs to our room and the rooms were immaculate! It was so clean and beautiful. We immediately went to breakfast because we were both hungry and the restaurant which serves the breakfast was on their rooftop. The VIEW was breathtaking! I dont have much negative things to say about Azalea, maybe be more clear about the Spa menu and how to book it, but they were overall very helpful and friendly staff! 10/10 i would most likely come back here again if i return to Sapa, and I will recommend this to anyone who needs a nice luxury place to stay at. Its within walkin distance of the Sun Plaza center and other shopping centers."
