"We had an absolutely amazing experience. This is, without question, one of the most beautiful and best hotels to stay at in Sapa. While it is priced higher than many other properties in the area, the value is exceptional—you truly get what you pay for, and more. From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, hospitable, kind, and consistently courteous. The amenities are outstanding, the food is excellent, and every detail reflects quality and thoughtful service. We were especially grateful for the surprise welcome gifts—chocolates and fresh fruits—which made our stay feel even more special. The heated indoor swimming pool was a highlight, providing a relaxing and refreshing escape from the cold mountain weather. Another major convenience is the hotel’s direct connection to Sun Plaza – Sapa Station, making access to the tram to Fansipan incredibly easy and seamless. Overall, a true 5-star experience. Highly recommended."

"We stayed at Stella de Boutique Hotel for two nights with friends. We truly enjoyed our stay.The couple who own the hotel are truly some of the most wonderful people I’ve met in Vietnam. They are incredibly kind, always helpful, and genuinely go out of their way to assist with anything you need. The hotel itself is spotless, and the breakfast buffet is absolutely excellent. "We arrived at 11pm from Hanoi and a staff was ready to help us with our luggages and checked us right in. The rooms were so clean, as were the bathrooms. When we woke up the next morning, we were pleased to see that our balcony was facing the mountains. It was gorgeous. We had a slight issue with the sliding door which got stuck but the staff were prompt to rectify the issue and it was fixed in no time. Communication was not a problem. The front desk staff spoke good English. The hotel faces a market and night market and is walkable to the city centre if you feel adventurous. Quite a distance to walk to halal restaurants but grab car/taxi is readily available. Loved our stay there. It exceeded all expectations! Thank you for the wonderful hospitality!"
