"In general terms the pousada is good. Our bedroom was in a 3rd floor and no elevator so the luggage was a thing. The bedroom was a bit outdated, no place to put luggage and open them more than over the bed. Bathroom was fine, a bit tinny and toiletries were missed some days after cleaning and we had to go and ask for them. "Property and location good, staff were polite and friendly, a couple of things I think could be improved on lighting in the room very poor only one small ceiling light with one switch by the door and the bed, maybe we we’re unlucky but our bed was rock hard and creaked like an old car whenever you moved."

"Estadia desagradável com uma sucessão de problemas: quarto sujo de obra, roupa de cama encardida e com sinais de sujeira (inclusive a almofada que decora a cama c/ chiclete grudado misturado com cabelos colados: não lavam as capas?); não havia frigobar no quarto! Quando questionamos ficaram de providenciar, mas ele só chegou 2 dias depois; armário sem cabides; sem lixeira no quarto (somente a do banheiro); café da manhã bem simples e ao chegar no 1o dia do café fomos praticamente advertidos pelo...
