"This property is in an ideal location. It is close to all the Cairns restaurants but just far enough away to be much quieter than most. It is on the Esplanade and opposite the amazing Muddy's playground area which provides hours of free entertainment for young children. The staff were all helpful and friendly, with special mention going to liv, for her friendly and helpful service.We had a room on the top floor facing the Cairns waterfront and we enjoyed watching all the boats/ships coming and going. I probably shouldn't be sharing this hidden gem as we will definitely want to be returning in the future!"

"From the minute we arrived the staff were professional, engaging and so very friendly! They were quick to answer our questions and gave us some ideas also that were super helpful. The room was quiet and the location was ideal. I had also received, weeks earlier, a welcome letter which was just another way that made us feel welcome. The staff were just wonderful, from reception to the dining / breakfast staff. Not just friendly but above that. They would spend time chatting with us and were always warm and inviting. Its well located walking distance to the local shopping mall for and bit an peices. Walking distance to alot of the local attractions. Rustys markets and night markets good place to try so many differnt foods from around the world. Highly Recomended"
