Não disponibilização de toalhas na piscina e a cada troca é cobrada uma taxa. Péssimo serviço do bar da piscina. A limpeza dos quartos não é realizada todos os dias e quando realizada é feita de forma bem superficial. Esquecemos uma mochila no sofá da recepção durante o check out e a única forma de contatar o hotel foi por e-mail, porém até o momento (1 mês após a estada) não recebemos nenhuma resposta do hotel. Felizmente, o nosso taxista nos ajudou com a devolução.

Razoável, os quartos são bons, porém a área das piscinas deixou a desejar, as piscinas são muito rasas e muito quentes. O hotel é muito barulhento, os hospedes não tem um pingo de educação, fazem barulho a noite toda.

Restaurante precisa melhorar

Já é a terceira vez que fico com minha família no Alta Vista. Qualidade dos quartos ok, piscinas ok, atendimento ok, única observação: A qualidade do restaurante caiu muito, especialmente o café da manhã. Nessa estadia, todos os dias serviram queijo Minas azedo. Espero que melhore, pois minhas filhas amam o local.

O hotel tem um serviço de limpeza meio precário. No meu caso só limpavam o quarto quando pedíamos. As toalhas e roupas de cama de qualidade mediana. Não oferecem kit de higiene pessoal. Vazamento na pia de um dos banheiros. Solicitei conserto, mas não foi executado durante minha estadia. Muitos vendedores de cota espalhados pelo hotel, te cercando a toda hora, o que achei bem chato.

Um dos hotéis mais sujos e desorganizados que já hospedei na vida. Uma propriedade com uma estrutura fantástica, mas sem organização alguma. A impressão é de completo abandono. Não há limpeza de quarto, não há limpeza nos corredores, e o café da manhã é sofrível

No geral ok pelo valor das diárias, mas tivemos sérios problemas com a limpeza do quarto ... Em 6 diárias tivemos apenas 1limpeza de quarto, pq falei mais de 3x na recepção. Lixo ficou transbordando, toalhas molhadas então nesse quesito foi bem ruim , nós demais pontos , tudo ok.

Café da manhã piorou muito,minha esposa grávida não tinha um omelete e o cefe de cozinha nem cogitou em atender a demanda, recepção marca check in as 14:00 até as 14:20 não tinha liberado meu quarto mas já tinha feito a cobrança dei valor, no espaço infantil muito lodo e escorregadio perigo total para as crianças minha esposa falou com segurança não adiantou, falou na Recpcao acho Que limparam mais ou menos mesmo assim ainda escorregava bastante.
