"The hotel is very nice. The staff is excellent. They were friendly and helpful especially with instructions with getting around on the Metro. The only negative is the hallways that the rooms are located on had a stale smell. Whatever fragrence is used in the lobby to make it smell fresh needs to be used on every floor as well."

"We had a pleasant stay. The Breakfast was good. Inside the hotel gets a little hot but the rooms are fine. I will definitely will stay again on my next visit."

"Perfect. The check-in was smooth and easy. The reception desk (Gabriela) was very good & professional, the attendants (George, Biel, Rafael, Sergi) were very helpful, the lobby bartender (Luciano) was very accommodating."

"Great location with gorgeous views. A little away from most of the attractions but just a 20 minute taxi ride from most of them. And always a taxi there waiting. All of the staff was great!!! Thought I left phone in taxi and young valet ran them down. Food was good. Looked like pretty popular place for the bar scene. My kids liked the view and how close it was to the beach. Rooms were great!!! Everyone was so friendly and accommodating. Close to the cruise port area. I would stay here again and try to use more of the amenities. "
