"We absolutely loved our 3-night stay at Oltrarno Splendid - a true hidden Gem in the best location - with cool shopping vibes and on the quieter side of the river! We loved the neighborhood feel and soaring ceilings for an authentice Florence stay with all the modern ammenities. Beautiful breakfast included and exceptionally friendly, helpful staff - shout-outs to Davide & Barbara!"

"We booked this place as we needed a washing machine & the right amenities in the middle of our trip. There was no washing machine, even though it was stated on the features. The showers flooded. No outside pool area. There was no one there to check out - we were checking out at 9:15am, which again stated it was staffed at. We nearly missed our train and had to just leave the keys to an empty reception desk. For the money we paid, we definitely do not believe it is worth it."

"The breakfast in the main dining room is fantastic, the location is really great, somehow quiet yet tucked right in the middle of everything. The property is very well-maintained elegant and historic have been beautiful. This was a bright spot on my trip. I wish I was staying for longer."
"We had a fantastic stay in this hotel in Florence. The room exceeded our expectations—it was spacious, bright, spotless, and very comfortable. We especially appreciated how well-maintained and inviting it felt after a full day of exploring the city.
The location was another major highlight. Most of Florence's main attractions, restaurants, and shopping areas were within easy walking distance, which made getting around incredibly convenient.
Overall, this hotel offered the perfect combination of comfort, cleanliness, and location. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay while visiting Florence."
"I loved the restaurant, and the view is spectacular, Everything is close by; you can walk to restaurants, The service and attention were excellent, and the pool is sensational.
I recommend this hotel 100%."
"This hotel is conveniently located 8-9 minutes from the train station and about 15 minutes walk from the Central Market and Duomo. There are also a lot of food options nearby that are delicious. The room was clean and the AC was great! Though the bed was a bit hard and the trash collection trucks did wake me up a few nights. If you don’t mind the noise (depending on what day of the week you stay in) then this is a good hotel to stay in."
"We had a stop over in Florence and truly enjoyed our stay! From start to finish the staff was extremely helpful and the room was exceptionally bigger than we anticipated. Location was perfect! The hotel was close to all the major sights. Would highly recommend this hotel!"
"Great location. 10 min walk from the fast train station, and 10 min walk to the centre of Florence. Loved the free bag check, since we arrived really early, and also free checked our bags upon leaving so we could explore for the day without them, before our evening train. Rooftop area had a great view but the drinks were really expensive!"
"Very beautiful Villa near Florence. We even did a little pre wedding shot at the hotel, it’s so cute. Also dined at the hotel which was nicely priced and tasty. Nice breakfast options as well. Would be amazing if they have a pool as well."
"Great hotel . Super clean . Great staff . Easy check in and out . Room cleaned and restocked every day . Great breakfast. It’s about a 12 minute walk to to Duomo and other sites . I would absolutely stay here again ."
"Beware, there are two sites 20mins apart. Having travelled all day arriving at midnight to find I was in wrong place and the booking could not be transferred even though they had available rooms (just one night) was not good news. And, how much is the tourist tax?"
