The Crags Hotel

The Crags Hotel

8/10 Good
"We enjoyed our stay in Callendar, staying in a spacious family room, which had an interconnecting room for our boys. Room was comfortable and well furnished. The only downside was the shower pressure being weak. Enjoyed an evening meal at the hotels Indian restaurant which was very nice. We ate in their separate dining room โ€˜snugโ€™ so had the space to ourselves."

"The rooms were lovely and the staff was fabulous, the valets especially went out of their way to help us. We adored the family room with the bunk beds, such a great idea for families traveling with young children so we could all be together but have designated space for everyone to sleep. We also loved the pool and waterside, kids couldn't get enough! We highly recommend this hotel while visiting Loch Lomond!"

Park Hotel

Park Hotel

10/10 Excellent
"There was plenty of parking and the hotel is just a short walk to the town centre, plus there is a lovely park just opposite the hotel. The room was not large but spacious enough. The bathroom was spacious and had a full bath with overhead shower. They did not leave two towels the first day but not an issue. The bar/Restaurant was very large and there was two coaches staying at the hotel but plenty of room in the restaurant. The staff were very helpful and the menu had a good selection and the food was very good. The breakfast buffet had plenty to choose from and was contently topped up. Although a bit pricy I would have no problem staying again if in the area."
