"The bed was very comfortable, it was quiet, the fireplce is nice. Good place to stay before a flight."

"The staff were not friendly or accommodating. We asked for an extra blanket- they didn’t want to give us one. When my children were swimming there was no pool towels available, the staff did not want to get more towels. We had to explain the kids will be walking by the front door soaking wet before they got towels for them. The rooms and bathroom were also very small. "

"I am not quick to write bad reviews but we were disappointed with our stay. We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights, upon arrival the room appeared clean however, the untenciles, cups and plates were dirty. There was no house cleaning to straighten our room and take out the trash on any of the days. The breakfast was just not good. We only ate there once we didn’t go back the next time. On a positive note: The staff (réception and chef) were pleasant when we interacted with them. The room was spacious for our children to run around. "

"Ok the halway to get to the hotel is way to strong of scent, gave me and my kid both heach aches, They need to tone down the scent a bit, Once at the checkin and room it was great but untill they fix this its 1 star"

"We booked the suite for a weekend. The room was clean but dated. The TVs in the room were smaller and far older then the TV in our other double queen room. There were no kids channel options for cable and no compatibility to stream from our cell phone. The pool was great for the kids but could use some maintenance. Breakfast was decent for the price, basic options. Boiled eggs were the only egg option every morning and were very difficult to peel. Staff were absolutely excellent. They were very friendly, patient and kind during every interaction. "
