The narrow little road down to Marina di Puolo seems a challenge, but the complimentary shuttle service to/from either the car park part way down or the bus stops on the main road make it perfectly good, and add to the charm of the tiny village."

"Wonderful location, staff, and amenities. The views are spectacular and the grounds are gorgeous. All of the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. There were no communication issues and everyone was multilingual. We would certainly stay again. The food was excellent with significant portions. We also had options to dine by the water or above overlooking the water and the boats. The sunset at dinner was magnificent. I would suggest that the hotel give guests a way to express their appreciation via tips on the actual food and beverage bills. I tried to add that on to several bills only to later learn they could not do that. It made tipping the staff for their extraordinary service difficult as I don’t always have cash on hand while on vacation. "
