When she declined the next day he longer spoke or served us, for that entire day! I did address this issue with the hotel manager at the time."

Upon arrival, we were horrified to find mold covering the bathroom and walls. The smell was overwhelming, making the room completely uninhabitable—especially since I have asthma and my friend has allergies.
