"My husband and I have two kids who live in KeyWest so when we visit them Homestead/Florida City is a halfway stop for us. We usually spend the night and tackle the drive to the Keys in the morning. This was the first time we stayed here. Three staff behind desk but took awhile for one of the two available to look up and help me. No special greeting or smiles, like they weren’t enjoying their jobs. Never mentioned the grab and go breakfast or where to find the WIFI password. Had to ask for directions to our building. Room was very clean but when trying to operate the TV (there was a small plaque showing the TV lineup) couldn’t get a channel. Kept saying something about the antenna hookup. Area around the motel was nice and felt like it was a safe area. Will definitely go back as long as the issue with the tv is resolved. "

"Used as a place to stay while visiting Everglades, Biscayne Nat'l Park, and Shark Valley. Convenient location and close to nearby shops and restaurants. Tranquil grounds and very well kept house and property. Birds, Koi, and Turtles and two outdoor cats kept us and our kid well occupied - this was really a unique property! House was clean with good amenities (induction stove, plates, silverware, microwave, good wifi). Communication with management was very good via Expedia app. Would definitely stay again. "

"We rented this property a month before we were traveling to Miami. Day before our check in I text the property owner about not receiving any information to enter the property and many hours later they responded us saying that the booking is cancelled because they had problem with the swimming pool and they will refund our full money ( which we did not get) but only recieved a partial refund with no other communication. Again I ask them and their response is plain nothing. I also recieved a separate email from Expedia which basically explained me that they property owner accidentally did double booking and that is why they cancelled ours. With 10 people on a day before our checkin i was in key west looking for a new place to live and ended up paying extra money for that. Ofcourse they didn’t even refund fully the original amount not sure i should expect anything extra on top of it. Such an unprofessional service i received from the property owner and the Expedia."
