On Thanksgiving night, there was an event on the first floor. I saw some underage people drinking. One man who came to the event, got in the elevator with us and mumbled something. He was clearly drunk. The elevator was destined for 5th floor only. Although we got out on the 5th floor, he did not and went back down. I called the staff member at reception about it. He said he will look into it. But, never heard back. We were very much concerned about our safety with a wife and a baby.

I enjoyed my stay overall. However, I did not enjoy Housekeeping constantly knocking at my door on my last morning of rest. They knocked 4x times in 2 hours. We had to keep getting up out the bed to answer the door. If checkouts are at 12....allow your guests to enjoy their stay until 12. Not 9, 10, 10:30 & 11.
