A hotel with potential but needs attention

The room was much smaller than I anticipated. There were no hot mela option suitable for vegetarians at the restaurant. Staff at the restaurant do need to be trained in their customer services skills - what they currently offer is sub-standard. No swimming pool available to guests.

Viajo a trabalho mais ou menos 1 vez a cada 45 dias e sempre quando estou em viagem me hospedo 2 x na semana pois pra mim é cômodo. Gosto muito pois é um hotel muito bom com preço justo, no térreo tem um restaurante muito bom e com isto fica tudo ótimo para minha viagem. Porém quero só relatar um acontecimento que ocorreu comigo ontem na data de 27/03, enquanto eu estava tomando banho no banheiro de meu quarto o box estourou e com isto acabei tendo alguns cortes e depois que liguei para a recepção os funcionários foram atenciosos como sempre me ajudando e até solicitando alguns remédios para os meus cortes. Deu tudo certo e o que quero relatar aqui que entendo que pode acontecer o que houve e continuarei indo no hotel porque gosto muito mesmo. O que acredito que falharam diante de um hóspede como eu que sou assíduo é que eles deveriam pelo menos oferecerem alguma cortesia ou um jantar, sei lá pois acho que seria o mais ideal para um caso como este porque se fosse outra pessoa com certeza iria fazer um escândalo, etc. Enfim, apenas como sugestão para algumas situações que mesmo que talvez nem é culpa do hotel mas acho que seria algo cordial Muito obrigado
