I have stayed at this motel several times. Unfortunately this time there was a cockroach walking over the tea and coffee sachets and the bathroom tiles were a bit grubby.

Great amenities in terms of kitchenette (very complete) and laundry in the room - comfy bed and good sized rooms. They could do with a little upgrade though.

Very easy simple stay for families. Very happy that a washer and dryer was available in the room. Water pressure in shower was great. Location was out of town but very easy to drive everywhere near by, this also meant it was quieter. Only complaint was the hallway noise, other room doors closing and people talking.

Set in a very quiet location & lovely outlook over a mini golf course. Large main room with full kitchen, laundry & plenty of storage drawers & cupboards.

Althought the property is modern and well appointed, it is disappointing that all rooms are designated pet rooms, rather than specific area. As a person who doesn't live with their dog inside, the smell and noise in rooms an corridors was noticeable. Despite the rules there was evidence of recent animal stains in the corridor carpets.

Walls Marked up, room smelt of 2min noodles, top of stairs/hallway but not the room smelt like cigarette smoke. Upside good kitchen equipment selection, lots of parking.

The bed was appalling. Like trying to get to sleep on a blamange. That coupled with the noisy heater meant that when I finally passed out it was on the floor and 3am. First thing in the morning voltaren gel plus panadol

Very impressed with this stay, a nice sized room and even had a washing machine and dryer which i love! I pre pair for the stay so check in was so incredibly easy.. would definitely stay here again!

Abode hotels are always great. Comfy beds, everything you need, good prices. At Narrabundah you see dogs and people playing golf and being relaxed. Its like being in Florida but without humidity and Disneyland and retirees and gators. I did see a stray kitten once - but it was in the carpark which is also a convenient feature. Kitten also looked less bitey.
