We loved staying at the Mecure Belconnen. Our room was upgraded which was a wonderful start to our stay. The hotel is in a very quiet setting. It's so handy having the Labor Club on the bottom floor for meals. Breakfast at the Hotel was generally good as well. The Hotel has wonderful staff. They are friendly and helpful and make your stay so pleasant.

Good Value but don't leave your bags on your bed!
Modern hotel with big comfortable. Great welcome. Just let down by housekeeping who didn't make up the room as we had left a couple of bags on the bed. I understand them not making the bed but nothing was cleaned, the bathroom, glasses etc

Sparkling new, with really friendly and helpful staff. Soft furnishings in my room (lounge covers) could do with some spot remover. But overall, the important things were very good - bathroom (except the bath which could have used a scrub) and the bedding were spotless.

The initial experience for this hotel was looking for the entrance to the hotel. There is a number on glass doors which takes you to the car park. Check in was challenging and we were standing in a line for 20 minutes to check in as there were a lot of people checking in at the same time and only 2 persons working. The room was lovely and set out nicely set out. Special call out to the night reception lady, we ordered late night food and there was man in reception who had a disability, he was interested in the pizza we ordered and we gave him a piece, we called to reception to see if he would of liked more and were informed she bought him a pizza out of her own money. What an outstanding young lady. Well done.

access to the labor club for a $1 membership. Hotel parking offer was great and easy with lift access from level 3. the hotel has free laundry in basement 2 washing machines and 2 dryers. powder also provided free. Staff were great and hotel was well kept. 20 mins to city.

Very clean rooms and friendly staff. Breakfast is very basic, it will do. A few nice restaurants around the hotel. The Belconnen Labour club was just downstairs very convenient for dinner or lunch. Also a Woolies supermarket is just downstairs. Would stay again

Beautiful, spacious room. Bed very comfortable, as was the lounge. Staff could be a bit more friendly and housekeeping need to learn to respect the "do not disturb" light!

The level of accommodation in terms of comfort was very good. The cleanliness of the bathroom over the four days of my stay was a bit lacking, and the top-up of supplies, such as sugar and tissues, was a somewhat neglected. Other wise it was fine.

I didn’t like that I had to pay for parking for one night but it was convenient to the hospital and other needed locations. The chrome cast didn’t work which was disappointing but the bathroom was very nice.
