"Rooms are comfortable and contemporary, high ceilings and floor to ceiling windows provide for a roomy feeling and lovely natural lighting. The working desk is fantastic. Nevertheless, the best thing this property has is its STAFF. From Front desk to Housekeeping and restaurant staff, all went out of their way to accommodate us with a smile and solutions. I especially appreciated that although this property is pet friendly, restaurant staff went out of their way to protect buffet and dining areas from a guest not understanding the boundaries between his pet and sanitation. Kudos for restaurant staff! Pool was unexpectedly and disappointedly closed for my stay. The property has excellent security and felt safe, quiet and peaceful. Will definitely be back. "

"First had to wait after check in to get keys and were the wrong keys but when I walked in the room the floor was wet and bet sheet was a little damp also. When I showered the water would spill outside to the floor because there’s no door in the bathroom so I almost fell and the worst part was that I saw a cockroach. I checked out an hour after check in"

"The room was clean and the TV did have cable, albeit I did have problems with the remote controls, in the beginning, I was able to flip through most of the channels. The AC worked fine, and while the shower didn’t have any hot water, in the morning, when I was about to go to the shower, the warm water came on, albeit it only lasted for about 10 minutes. Only negative was the check in, due to the fact that the assistant didn’t bring an extra towel plus I had to get the remote controls downstrairs."
