Everyone was super friendly and helpful. It was always so quiet for sleeping. The air conditioning, shower and tv all worked perfectly. It was always clean. We would definitely stay there again. There were also lots of fantastic restaurants nearby. It was easy to take transit as well.

Really good hotel to stay. Eating, transportation, shopping all are convenient. Although the hotel room is simple, it is cleaning and every thing available. Other than the backside machine and the room refrigerator a little bit noisy, every thing is excellent! Beacause the flight delayed too much, I arrived almost at the early morning, the staff still went out to open door for us. He may not get slept well that made me feel so sorry.

Payment from Expedia wasn't processed at hotel and I had to pay a second time. After lengthy discussions i got my refund the next day. Not the best way to start a vacation

Nice stay
It is in a good location, not far from ADO bus station and super market, and restaurants. It is right beside the municipal building, so we got to experience Mexican night culture at night. Nice kitchen and area to dry our swimming suits. Only concern was that there were constructions going on when we were there, so it got noisy at night. But they did stop at some point after mid-night.

Enjoyed my stay
I liked the location. Lots of shopping and restaurants within walking distance. Bus stop near-by. I felt safe at all times. The staff was very courteous and helpful. Room was clean. A/C was perfect. Had a small fridge and microwave. The bed and pillows were not the most comfortable, but I would stay there again without hesitation.

Would stay again!
I had a great experience here, staff was very kind and responsive, the hotel is basic but has a good charm about it and was very clean. Centrally located in downtown Cancun, lots of food and shopping in the adjacent area, two blocks from the Bus station, it was a great place to end my trip around the Yucatán!

Beautiful and quiet little hotel - not a lot of rooms, a small price tag, but a very comfortable stay. Lots of delicious restaurants immediately next door and very close to the central bus station. Looking forward to staying here again in the future.

Limpio y brillante.
Lugar muy céntrico cerca de la estación del bus ADO y el cuarto estaba muy amplio y muy limpio y tiene muchas lámparas para escoger que luz nos guste más y decoración muy bonita y un mini refri y microondas, un sofá. Para relajarte y ver la tv precio muy cómodo.

My son and I had a very nice experience in this place. Kitchen was a great plus. The room was spacious and clean. People working there were very kind and helpful. The hotel is closed to the market (two blocks away) and many restaurants. Also, it is located at walking distance to Las Palapas. Easy access to transportation as well as car or scooter rental.👍

We booked a junior suite that suited our requirements perfectly. It was quiet, restaurant and convenience store close by and was serviced daily. The management was extremely efficient and helpful

I totally loved this place. Very clean, spacious rooms, extremely friendly staff, i got stranded in Cancun as my wallet and ID cards got lost, and they came thorough for me. Cafe Nader's delicacy was delicious, i enjoyed every bit of my stay!!!

I was nervous at first about booking a hotel in downtown cancun that was not located at an all inclusive resort in the hotel zone and one that is not a well known brand. However upon arriving to Hotel Nader for an overnight stay with my family I was pleasantly surprised. The Hotel was secure, staff has to let you in the property. You cannot just walk inside because the door is kept locked. After checking in you are then given a set of keys and instructions on how to enter and leave the hotel using your keys. The hotel was very clean. The room was very clean. The staff was very nice. Hotel has a cafe attached to it, we did not get a chance to eat there(it was closed when we arrived to check in around 7pm).There are also restaurants within walking distance. We went out to eat, walked to the restaurant. The surrounding area felt safe, there were police cars driving around frequently. Locals were set up in a long strip selling different items. Great place to stay. I would definitely stay at Hotel Nader again.

I loved my 6 night stay at Nader hotel. It was clean, comfortable, and I felt safe and secure. It was very central and close to everything I needed. Lots of restaurants cafes and shops nearby and Parque de la palapas was a five minute walk where I went almost every night to eat and soak in some local culture. The hotel staff were very helpful with recommend things to do and giving directions. Highly recommended!

Value in city center
Room was large and clean, as were the common areas. This is an excellent value choice if you want to stay in central part of the city. Many food choices within short walking distance. The attached restaurant was also a great value choice.

We just loved this property. Extremely clean, the courtyard was just beautiful with plants and comfortable seating to have a drink after a busy day. The staff was amazing. Any question any need was given to us.I needed a massage and the front desk recommended Suzi who came to our room and was extremely professional and i received one of the best massages ever. We loved that we were only a block off of Tulum, the heart of the city where it was busy and quite active. And to only walk one block to our peaceful and quiet very secure hotel was absolutely perfect for us. We stayed 2 full weeks and were so grateful for the opportunity to be with such wonderful people. The city bus station was 3 blocks away, shopping just a short walk. Perfect location and the absolutely BEST hotel.

Nice and comfortable
Good place to stay. Felt very clean and new. Nice to have your own little place to make your own food. Staff was nice. Only downside was the tiny ants constantly crawling on the desk. Couldn't use it, as they were all over it at all times. No ants anywhere else in the room though, so it was a small price to pay for the rest of the place being great.

I will start off first with what I did not like. Hot water is a gamble sometimes it works sometimes it doesn’t so there were a few times we took cold showers…we noticed black ants where the Phone Desk was at. Every morning at 6 AM like clockwork the café under our room would bring the chairs out and it would be very loud because they would drag them across the floor which would literally wake us up. I always travel with my own bathing towels and I highly recommend you do there were no towels in the room wi-Fi isn’t all that good. Naming everything that I did not like I want to add that these issues were nothing major. Also Let me add if you’re disabled or in a wheelchair or walker you may not want to pick this hotel there are no elevators for you to get to the rooms you have to take stairs… Now let me add what I did love about this hotel… The rooms were clean the convenience of the café downstairs they also do room service which was a plus and the food is great. The staff was very friendly and nice. The location is great access to the bus was easy and there are convenience stores shopping centers and restaurants all around the area within walking distance.I loved that in the room they provide a microwave and a refrigerator they both work great. what I also loved is that they provide Netflix on the TV so you can enjoy TV in English. The property and the rooms have a cute look And they keep the property very clean and fresh I definitely will return back

Hotel Nader in a great place, we stayed in a Superior Suite which had 642 sf, living room, kitchen, dining area, and 2 double beds. Very clean, and staff was great!!!

Good room for the price. A few tiny ants now and then but not an issue. I'm finding less pricey hotels in Mexico don't want you to flush toilet paper...you put it in the trash bin. Okay... Area is safe also. I would definitely stay again at Hotel Nader.

The room was comfortable with a good mattress, small fridge, microwave, plastic dish set for 2. The bathroom was a good size. Everything was clean and the building was secure. It’s a very short walk from tons of restaurants and the bus station. Quite at night for good sleeping! AC worked well. Staff was super nice!
