"We loved our stay - the room was very comfortable and bed was king size. Breakfast was good and accommodated vegans. Our dog was very welcome and they even offered a doggie breakfast! Staff were very friendly."

"A good stay at an atmospheric late 16c traditional English Inn . Rooms comfortable with good modern en suite . Log fires in the bar and a carved wood panelled dining room. The beer ,the food (traditional pub fayre)and service was wonderful. The breakfast was great with ample choice of cooked and continental on offer. Helen the manageress was welcoming and most efficient . She managed the property very well indeed. We couldn’t hope for more and would definitely stay again ."
