Unforgettable experience!
The staff here makes everything enjoyable. From the reception to the chef. They were all professional and patient with us. The place was clean and presentable. Also close to almost all the places we wanted to visit. And the beautiful view of the Table Mountain from our room was a cherry on top. This is my first time leaving a review for a hotel. Waitress Winnie keep up the Good work. You gave us a good experience. My wife and I are planning to come back with the kids.

Lovely hotel surrounded by trees
This is a lovely hotel with a very kind staff. The room was large with a beautiful view. The food was good. They did everything to make us comfortable. It's a higher up, residential area with a lot of big green trees. We were able to easily walk downhill to the downtown and waterfront areas, then Uber back up. We enjoyed our stay.

Hotel is in a good location and has, for the most part, friendly staff. The restaurant is decent. Breakfast is good and the coffee is very good. The rooms are okay but more attention needs to be paid to cleanliness. There was dirt on the carpet when I checked in and the carpets looked, and SMELLED, as though they were in desperate need of a good shampoo. Internet worked well but the TV is atrocious with bad reception and only a scant few international channels.

The only issue was wifi and the amount of data allowed on the “free” plan! All staff were incredible a food in restaurant excellent and reasonably priced - pool area lovely and clean! Highly recommend!

Hotel seems fairly new. The concierge was very friendly and helpful with giving us advice on tours. The free breakfast buffet that is included was delicious! I would definitely stay here again as the rooms and location of the hotel are great, with the price being very reasonable. My friend and I are backpacking but we decided to treat ourselves to something affordable, and we are so happy we did!

Modern and clean Hotel
It was generally a good stay, Hotel has free and secure parking, friendly staff, and great buffet breakfast, the croissants are to die for. Average size rooms with great views of either the pool/ City centre or a view of Table Mountain. Booking a room on the top floors is advisable for a better view.

Suverän frukost med allt och lite till. Sköna sängar och rymliga rum. Nespressoapparat på rummet.Trevlig personal. Fin vy över Taffelberget. Många bra restauranger på promenadavstång. Säkert område. Fin men kall pool. Lite ont om solstolar. Svajigt wi-fi. Mycket hotell för pengarna.

Gut gelegenes Stadthotel
Das Familienzimmer hat die gleichen Betten wie ein normales Doppelzimmer ( 2 Betten a 1,50 m), und ist somit als Doppelzimmer super, aber fürs Familienzimmer zu schmal.Frühstück findet jeder was.Pool ist schön groß und auf der Terrasse ko nte man sich vom Sightseeing gut erholen.Großer Parkplatz.Wlan-begrenzung.

Hôtel correct
Hôtel sympa et chambre confortable. Petit déjeuner très correct. Mais ce n’est pas le meilleur emplacement pour visiter Cap Town si vous n’avez pas de voiture. Quelques restaurants très bien accessibles à pied.

Perfect stay in Cape town!! I enjoyed the kindness of the people, the weather, the landscape soo much. The hotel has been just ideal - and I enjoyed (most important for me) the fitness center.

Não foi como esperava. Estive com minha família e não fomos bem atendidos. Sentimos um certo tipo de descriminação por sermos brasileiros, vimos britânicos serem muito bem atendidos enquanto nós não eramos. Em nenhum momento houve cordialidade da equipe. Com certeza foi uma péssima escolha. Me arrependo por ter gastado meu dinheiro neste hotel. Não indico.

Hotel muito bom!
No geral gostei muito da estadia: Meu pontos positivos são: - Limpeza e conforto do quartos; - Funcionários agradáveis e solícitos; - Estacionamento amplo e gratuito; - Chuveiro/Banheira/Secador ótimos; - Localização é muito boa para quem quer usar como base para os pontos turísticos. - Café da manhã muito bom e honesto. Com horários flexíveis aos fins de semana. - Bar/Restaurante, preços OK. - Piscina: um pouco pequena, mas conseguimos se divertir com boias e bolas disponíveis. Pontos negativos: - Ar condicionado dos quartos extremamente barulhento.
