"Luxury stay luxury service luxury breakfast . My second stay there and just as incredible as the first time.. great views to watch at sunrise the day you’re not on the hot air balloon. Also had a booking snafu and they were able to accommodate.. will be back again with my mom and daughter "

"Amazing hotel and staff! This was a honeymoon trip and we were welcomed with a room upgrade, wine and balloons. The room was clean, comfortable and a shower that I miss on returning home. Every member of staff was friendly and went out of their way. The breakfast buffet was varied, and omlettes were made on request. I would 100% stay here again and have already recommended it"
