"I liked but didn’t love the stay at this hotel . Things we liked : clean, spacious, having a washer, nice and walkable center. I didn’t like the fact that we had trouble with the hot water the first day and night and, overall, I expected more from a 5 star hotel ( daily room keeping ?! ). Probably we won’t return as we really loved the 4 star place we stayed before but they were booked when we decided to stay longer so we had to find another hotel. "

We found it was a nice respite to leave the Old Town area due to how busy it is (think Times Square busy). Every person we encountered at the hotel was extremely nice and professional. Our room was clean and comfortable. would highly recommend to anyone visiting Edinburgh."

"Absolutely gorgeous little flat with spectacular views. Amazing private lounge with cakes and coffee availble at all times made the trip extra special. Fantastic location not far walk from Waverley train station. The street a bit noisy but double glazed windows, black out blinds and central air conditioning made sure that wasnt an issue. Shower was fantastic too. Staff/hotel very communicative over text and email. Kirsty was fantastic getting us checked in late! "
