"Our stay was ok. It was very crowded and we could hear the family in the room next door. Because it was crowded, you had to wait for elevators for a while. Or ride on completely packed elevators. Especially in the morning during breakfast hours. Water pressure is extremely weak in the shower. Room was big and comfortable. "

"Room was clean and basic. Location is great for the Chicago theater and millennium park- easy walk to both. With that comes with noise…I was on the 26th floor but could hear every ambulance and police- I can’t imagine a low floor. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast is not complimentary "

"We had a wonderful stay at the Royal Sonesta! The view was beautiful and really made our experience even more special. The staff were very friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. One thing we really appreciated was that they allowed us to leave our baggage even after we checked out, so we could still roam around the city and enjoy our scheduled boat tour without any hassle. It made our trip so much more convenient and stress-free. Overall, it was a great experience and I would definitely recommend this hotel!"
