"Obviously a lot of money had been spent on refurbishing this hotel, and it showed. Our room was modern, and clean and comfortable. We didn't have much contact with the staff, but they were friendly and helpful. It would have been helpful if we'd known about the disabled entrance before we arrived. We would stay there again. "

"Room was disgusting bathroom was dirty in particular the toilet seat had faeces on it and still in the toilet. Bath tub had hair. Bath towels had yellow stains. "

"Great breakfast, our room was clean but looked a little tired with a stained carpet and was booked for 3 people but only 2 cups/glasses provided. Air con could do with going lower than 18 it was so hot in there! Also lift from car park not working not great with lots of luggage, and would be really helpful to have better directions to parking on your website as it was really tricky to find. I ended up calling and listened to the automated message with gave clearer instructions on parking and a postcode that worked in my sat nav."

"Brilliant staff-friendly, helpful, excellent food, quantity and quality, plenty of options. We had a twin queen room, massive comfy beds, big room, strange setup bathroom but still clean, could do with a spray air freshener in there though. Not bad location, free parking, rooms very warm. Didn't have dinner in the restaurant so can't comment, but it's the same restaurant for breakfast and that couldn't be better. Breakfast items replenished efficiently. Thank you to the staff for a great stay."
