"Clean room "

"Would not recommend this property or hotel. It’s a two star hotel at best. Housekeeping was a nightmare. Linens and sheets were bad quality. Doors slamming day and night as there are no closers on them. Thin walls and vents so you can hear your neighbors talking or doing other things. Food was all right. Pool is small and only has five seats. Area was not great as it was all cruise ship passengers and you need to walk up into old San Juan. Would not recommend this hotel if you want a relaxing, enjoyable stay. If you want a up at dawn, chaotic, and poor quality experience at a 4-star hotel price this is the place for you. "

"This is our favorite hotel in Aruba, we always get the ocean view King. The room was clean, the staff was friendly, and they have the best beach on this property, hands-down. We were a little disappointed. That half of the pool was still empty because of the new tower that was being built but next time it will be full again."

"We were informed at breakfast that our Expedia booking didn't include breakfast, which everyone else got for free."

"The arrival to the resort was great! The staff is very professional and welcoming. However, the water issue the morning after caused many guests to not be able to shower. Although the issue was fixed, the following morning there was no hot water in the shower. Besides those small issues the stay was about average."

"Fantastic Breakfast. ASK for server WILLY (he's amazing). WILLY filled us with his unconditional love and sunshine!! My loved was so comfortable with Willy, she had gotten mom to face-time with Willy. He made both of the ladies feel so special and seen. He invited 'mom' to come on a visit next time. It was amazing watching the three of them interact on 'facetime'. Go see Willy when having breakfast at the PALMS for breakfast. Tell Willy that 'white chocolate' sent you! "The property was ideally located in the centre of everything and the British Colonial did not disappoint in any area during our 10 day stay. I would definitely recommend it and hope to go back soon."
