"Mostly a positive experience. The property grounds are well maintained very cool designs with the restaurants acting street strip. Food was very good except for the Route 66 restaurant very average and boring menu. Most of the staff were very attentive ie bartenders, servers, grounds keepers, and hostesses. The only thing that was very disappointing was the “butler” who was worthless. The first day the ac had a issue and he promised he would have it taken care of 2 days later he’s nowhere to be found not answering messages, so I just call the front desk and the issue was fixed within the hour. I’m still giving the resort 5 stars with some of the issues I encountered it was made up for by exception service by the other employees. "

"Hands down one of the best resorts! They make you feel so welcome the minute we stepped foot on their property. Staff were so attentive & made the time there memorable. Best resort food and I’ve been to 3 other resorts before theirs. "

"The property and staff was amazing. Nothing going on outside the property. No fault of theirs; the seaweed on the beach was being collected daily by the truckloads. Diesel smell was bad from the truck. Government controlled beach. "
