"Staff were very attentive, the room air conditioning was perfect and the room was very clean upon arrival. The pool was a bit smaller than anticipated but clean and refreshing."

"4/5 Stars – Great Resort Overall, but Room for Improvement Overall, we had a great stay at Ocean Blue & Sand. The resort was clean, well-maintained, and offered solid amenities. However, there are definitely some areas that could use improvement. The phone in our room didn’t work, and the food at most of the specialty restaurants was disappointing, with the exception of the buffet and steakhouse. The Italian restaurant in particular was nearly inedible and needs significant improvement. The shuttles around the resort could also be quicker and more reliable. The gaming room has a lot of potential, but it would be much better if all the bowling lanes were operational, cleanliness was better maintained, and vaping indoors was prohibited. Lastly, the resort really needs to do a better job managing the salespeople around the beach. Their constant approaches became annoying and took away from what should have been a relaxing experience. Despite these issues, we still enjoyed our stay and would give the resort a solid 4 stars. With some improvements to dining, transportation, and overall guest experience, this resort could easily be a 5-star experience."

"Perfect stay, good food. If you like seafood it is your best choice. On the negative side: AC in the room not to cold, water in the sink is warm all the time, maintenance people lay down on the beach chairs by the pool when waiting for the shift to start early in the morning. But overall it’s a great place and we are happy with our stay. Rated 4+"

"It was a great experience, very comfortable stay clean property. The staff member our Butler was very pleasant, informative and helpful. He would always keep us uptodate with our reservations and would change when we asked . Would let us know the schedule on time , And when we were not able to get rides from the travel club . He would always ready to send one for us. We are so glad we had him as our butler .He certainly needs a recognition and a promotion."
