"I stayed at the Wyndham Alltra and would rate my experience 3 stars overall. Unfortunately, the stay started off poorly. Our first room was full of mosquitos, and the shower had a major drainage issue—water flooded out of the bathroom and into the bedroom. We were then moved to another room, but the transition was frustrating. We had to wait quite a while for assistance with our luggage, only to end up moving everything ourselves across the resort and up to a third-floor room. Once we got settled into the second room, we ran into the same shower flooding issue again. We called housekeeping for help, and it took over 30 minutes for them to arrive. While they did mop up the water, they left all the wet towels on the floor and didn’t offer replacements or check if we needed anything else, which felt like a lack of basic service. That said, not everything was negative—the food was very good, and the amenities were enjoyable, which helped balance out the experience somewhat. Overall, there’s potential here, but the maintenance issues and service shortcomings made the stay less comfortable than expected."
